Reno and More!!!
On December 2004 Bruce, Teri (my dear In-laws), Krista and I went to Reno, Nevada for new year's...We had plans of spending time playing in the casinos and doing some site seeying too. However, we were trapped in th hotel for 4 days under a record breaking snow storm that left up to 6 feet of snow "in the city". It was the coolest thing I had ever seen. They had seen enough after the first night, but I was exited all the time. :-) The ride home was a long 12-hour-drive... averaging 30 mph... I was not exited anymore at that point. This year...we are doing it again!!!
These are some pictures of the ride home, eveything was witer than white.

In May 2005, one week before the wedding, Teri and Bruce and my Mom and Dad drove to the Sequoyas National Park and took long walks in the Red Woods Forest. These are the biggest trees in the world and one of the most amazing places i have visited. During our walk we not only saw all the giant Sequoyas but also wild animals... deer and a bear!
Here you see us among the huge trees, some of them have damage from previous forest fires.

Hello Everyone!
This was our engagement picture, this May 1st of 2005 we celebrated our first aniversary. WE ARE SUPER HAPPY, buying a new house that soon will be on this page! The latest news are.... WE ARE EXPECTING OUT FIRST BABY!!!. We already had our first visit to the Doc. and everything is very well. The tentative date is June 20th next year... so get your bags packed gradma Eliza and grandpa' Ney. I have some pictures of the ultrasound (ECO) i will try to scan and post on this page soon.
Also our new house is almost ready, one more week; and when it is done we will also post the week by week photos we took during construction for all of you to see.
Here're some pictures of our doggies...MONA is the boxer with th silly face...she is the sweetest dog, only a little hyperactive...but when she stops jumping, shacking and licking you all over, she is very easy to pet and love. Mona will be 2 years old this January.

The new baby is ALI, she is one year old now and looks much bigger, her ears do not stop growing yet. ALI is more calm than MONA. She is a mix of German Shepherd and something else...One day we went out looking for a new friend for MONA and 2 blocks away from our house a sign read "free puppies". Well the rest is self explanatory... ALI is very smart and persuasive, often time she pretends she has not heard you saying ALI GET OF THE COUCH ...it takes about three attempts and she starts to move slowly...
Here I am at Venice Beach, one of the many beaches on the central California Coast we go to every once in a while. MONA and BUSTER (Jacklyn's dog) dragged me around all day... they were pretty exited about goign to the beach...especially this beach has lots of people with dogs of all sizes.
Venice Beach is a really cool place will lots of peculiar people, rich people, weird people, bums...etc.Here are two guys dressed like "brass statues", they looked sooo real.
California has beautiful scenery, eventhough the weather sometimes is too cold or too hot, Bakersfield is never too far away from other places with better weather we can go visit for a day.
